I am in a frat at my college and thus, I meet a lot of girls, but the problem is that they are all in sororities. I'm not going to generalize about sorority girls everywhere, but the ones at my college fall into 2 categories.
1. Bleach blonds who only care about getting as drunk as possible 4 days a week.
2. Nerdy girls who joined a sorority in an attempt to be cool.
I don't like either of these girls. What can I do to meet girls outside of the greek system. Pretty much everyone i know is greek and i a really hard time meeting outside people.

Try joining clubs related to your major or other things that interest you. That way you know you already have something in common. Or chat up girls in your classes.
Another option is to get a part-time job, I met my husband in college and though we were both Greek, we met at work.
Relax and stop looking. When the time is right you meet someone worth spending more time with. Also, maybe you just haven't meet the right sorority girl yet? I know where I went A LOT of sorority girls fit the two molds you are talking about but their were a few that didn't, you just have to look a bit harder for them.
Spending time outside your fraturnity, will help. I understand that your brothers are important to you, but having interests outside will not only help you met new people, it may help you get a job. Many employers aren't nearly as impressed with Greek activity as Greek organizations would have you believe.

Try going to the library, strike up a conversation with a cute girl in one of your classes or on campus events not related to the Greek system.
I had a problem dating Greek guys because most of them were stupid jocks, man whores, spoiled kids, lacking personalities and morals not all of them were like this but a majority of the available ones were, I wonder why they remained single lol - I know where you are coming from.
Good Luck

Frats can be demanding, but try to join another club or something. If you're really finding it bad (and the Greek scene can get old), just drop it.

Go to the library and get some studies done. There you might find real people.

You my little friend, are a sheep. Following other sheep around in a desperate attempt to gain your identity from a group. May I suggest you join the Marine Corps? It won't get you laid more, but it will set your priorities to a more realistic setting. Semper Fi college boy.
