i.e. questions regarding Pascal's Wager, "why are there still monkeys?" "why are you in this section?", etc.

If you do, you might be an atheist R+S regular.

Uh oh, now I'm confused. Do I drink to this one or not?

Yes, I do. Actually, I sometimes don't respond because I get tired of the same old questions. Before I ask something I use the search feature. I'm guessing the repeat questions are from the people, atheists and Christians alike, who haven't noticed the search feature or think they're being clever. However, there is no way I could be an atheist R+ S regular since I'm an Episcopalian.

Hmmm.. Yes, ALL of the regulars have seen the same questions over and over.. even those of us who are Christians, Muslims, pagans, etc...

I've gotten to the point where I just answer those that seem to really be seeking information.. ok.. now and then I add a sarcastic remark to someone's question.. but I try to word it in such a way that the moron's won't understand it.

I see the same patterns for questions leveled at Christians, and I've only been around a week or so. They go beyond this board too, people have been asking the same tired and asinine questions for years. I don't even bother to respond to them because they show a complete lack of originality and creative thinking. Sometimes I feel like I'm back in 2nd grade Sunday School and the little snot nosed boy next to me is asking about dinosaurs on the ark.

i do see alot of the same questions, but then I just skip answering those.

but sometimes I just give a different answer or a simple one worded answer....

it just depends on my mood.

i like to look at the questions and find the really great ones. the ones that hit me over the head and make me say wow that was a good question. the ones that make me think.

even the ones that I don't know the answer too....

That happens on both sides of the fence. "why does God allow suffering in the world", "questions about old testament wars", "noahs ark", "different authors account of a story equals a contradiction". Are a few of the comical ones that pop up repeatedly.

So I might be an atheist R+S regular. Do I get A free answering cut/paste kit?

Yes. I have a few standard answers I give saved as text files for when I feel like answering again, but am too lazy to do it any different.

I see the same questions over and over but my answers tend to differ. After all, I am not here for the questions, I am here to find out what I think.

I've gotten to where I just ignore them. The keystrokes aren't worth the 2 points anymore.
