If I were you, I rather not going. I dont know what they fish, maybe money or donation by pretending somebody can see what your future will be like. Then they may say that they have a recipe to encounter the bad luck and so on and so on. Well I should not think that way. Ussually true spiritual things is very quiet, it is the multi level selling that always give some propaganda.
No body can tell what yr future will be like.
Well if you can not help yrself for not going, just go; It wastes your time, but if you have nothing good /valuable to do .......I rather sleep .

Go for it. It is true there are a lot of fakes out there, but there are also a lot of genuine psychics. Many such psychics do not ask for any money or anything. I have been to these meetings, you usually have to pay about £2 for the rent of the hall and to cover the cups of tea and biscuits they hand out. The people are usually very friendly and nice.
Make up your own mind about it, don't just accept your boyfriend's word. You can respect his opinion, but that doesn't mean you can't have your own!
Have fun!

Psychics, Palm readers, etc.. for the most part watch the person they are "reading".. they are trained to look at the eyes, neck pulse, wrist pulse, and just about any common movements as reaction to something said.. they also pull out the most common colors or locations when they are in doubt about what you are feeling/thinking...
"Your Uncle Joe/Moe.. or something like that.. or perhaps it is just someone you know by that name" yeah right! this could match with a LOT of people and they get more info on you.

It is more like sooth saying than anything else, can someone predict the future.. In certain cases yes:
You are 100 lb weakling and you want to fight a 300lb Angry as all Hell Megalomaniac ... I predict you will loose.
But beyond that, there is no telling what the future may hold.

Sometimes this is the case. But if it is a reputable spiritual meeting then its fine.
The people saying its rubbish have never experienced. I know several people who have and its all been accurate.

Your bf is right. No one can truly know your future except for God. People who try to tell the futures of other peole are either wrong about thier predictions or they are using the help of demons. Don't go to the "spiritual meeting".

more than likely they will only tell you very vague things. Go for fun and have a good time but don't take it as something that is written in stone.
