I am currently a 10E but am considering a breast reduction because i feel like they are too big.

It's always best what nature gave you, there's no "too big" or "too small". If they're too heavy for you, start doing some excercises for your back and wear special bras, that will help yet.

i think that is way way to big. I think a Medium C should do the trick. You will still have nice size but your poor back will love you for it. My wife was around that size and had her reduced to high b to low c and she loves them and her back loves her for it. The took out 8 lbs total from her breast.

Doctors cannot guarantee a size, they can only TRY to get you to the size you want to be. They don't know what they can do until they open you up and see what you have.
I personally would go down to a full C. I did that actually.

Must be European? In US sizes, a full C cup would be VERY nice. Good Luck

most guys like big breasts but you want to go through with it you can its your body and you should do whatever you want to feel comfortable in it
