Have a glass of water before bed. I also drink every night and this really works. If you still get a hangover, take a Tylenol with the water.

The first answer is correct, however if you are going to drink and all you drink is three shots, you might try hydrating before you go to bed.
Drink 8oz of water for every shot you drink or, instead of taking shots, have your whiskey on the rocks with a splash of water.
Yeah, I know, you may not be one of those people who likes to dilute your liquor. Like everything else, it is an acquired taste. Besides, you have your health to think about.

Well, the obvious answer is to stop drinking before you add other, more serious health problems to the list. However, the hydration answers are correct. Add to that a vitamin B Complex (B150 if you can get it) ideally at bed, or as soon as you get up. It helps your nervous system repair the damage and you won't feel "jittery". Don't mix aspirin or Tylenol with alcohol. It damages your liver.

Looks like most people did not take you seriously.
Please think of quitting the drinking but if it helps you sleep, try to go to bed earlier and drink at least two cups of tea before going to work. Have another at work as soon as you walk in.
It will also help if you eat a small tin of sardines in brine before you drink. The brine lines your stomach so that the whiskey is not absorbed so fast.

Take 3 more shots in the morning, 3 more at break, then 3 at lunch to hold you over, til you get off work and get drunk. Or you could just quit drinking.

YES.

The problem is only 3 shots. You need to take about 7 or 8 and when you wake up 6 hours later you will still be drunk. About at 9 or 10 it will start to wear off and you will need a pick me up. So invest in a flask.

Hope this helps.

drink one glass of water to every standard glass of alcohol and before you go to bed have a drink with electrolytes in it eg) powerade/gatorade and it will help you heaps. This has been proven by sleeping experts around the world. Have a good nights sleep

i have to agree with most of the answers....
for one, vodka is the only liquor that doesn't smell on your body, so you won't be sweating that out at night......so that is one suggestion....
the other one is drinking lots of water or gatorade before bed along with an aleve or tylenol.....whichever you prefer.....
and the best cure for a hangover in the morning is just one more drink.....whatever it is...i always go for an ice cold beer, a shower and then breakfast and coffee...
hope that helps!
