This would depend on which language is most useful for you. It has been said that nothing worthwhile is easy, but in this case, both languages are worthwhile. Determine which language will aid you more in the future and choose that language. Since you are in Kuwait, your goals are probably different from those of most American students who study in this country. Nonetheless no one can really make a choice for you. I would advise you to make a list of the advantages and disadvantages for you of learning both languages and then make a decision based on your analysis. Good luck.
