I think the author was Angus Phillips but I may be wrong about that. This book detailed field dressing,butchering and curing of deer hides

I looked in the WorldCat library database and found lots of books written in the 1960s about deer hunting and dressing of game, but none written by an Angus Phillips. I did find some Phillips who wrote some deer hunting books in the 1980s and 1990s, however. Can you recall any more about the book, like whether it was specific to one region? Was it just about deer hunting or did it include other game?
