It should read: Sie werden nicht Deutschland beleidigen.
or Sie werden Deutschland nicht beleidigen.
depending on the speaker's desire to emphasize.

Literally, you (formal) become not affront Germany. I'm not familiar enough with things outside the present tense to tell you if it's correct or not.
