Hey guys thakns for all your answers last night, well I rang up the Parking Fine place and they said I could pay my £90 fine in two installments. Do you think if I sent off the first cheque for £45 they would forget about the other one??? I am really skint.!

lmao!!! If you were owed £45 quid....would you forget about it?
My advice is pay what you can, when you can. If you are having difficulties in paying, tell them. They want their money so they will be a bit forgiving just as long as you tell them.

just pay the first instalment, then when the next one is due, sent a letter with ten pound in it, promise them the following month that you will clear the balance, all the best

I doubt it...If you agreed with them on a payment, it's best to pay what you said you would, or they could jack up the cost for "failing to pay"...

THEY WON'T FORGET ABOUT IT TRUST ME! MAKE SURE YOU PAY OR THEY WILL INCREASE FINE AND COULD TAKE YOU TO COURT.
