I had the worst day yesterday too! I went to Asda to buy a food processor because all my food has to be pureed as I am disabled. Anyway - I get to Asda and can't find a disabled car park anywhere!
I had to park miles away from the store. I got my wheelchair out and managed to manoeuvre myself into it. When I was struggling to make my way to through the car park I got hit by a truck which pushed me for miles before the driver realised I was attached to the front of his vehicle.
By this time I was so far away from the store that it took me two hours to make my way back. I was so tired I decided to just go home.
I didn't get my food processor and I went to bed hungry as hell.
Yep - a really bad day.

When ever i feel down about something i try to remind myself that i am actually really lucky. I can eat as much i want everyday, drink clean water, have access to medical services, havent got any major disabilites, i have a caring mum and dad. Look for the simple things you'll realise your actually really lucky. So what if things dont go your way all the time.
Right now there are thousands a children being abused, People who cannot afford food and shelter, Crack addicted babies being born, HIV sufferers, People who have been paralysed in car crashes, Parents who have just had their child stabbed for a mobile. I knew a kid who lost his mum to lung cancer when he was 5 and his 10 year old brother to luekemia when he was 7 be thankful that never happened to you.
There is always someone worse off than yourself and most of us forget how lucky we are.

you shouldn't have parked in the disabled bay for starters, then you would not have got this fine...
you can always report it to the police, I'm sure you have already...
but i wouldn't get stressed over this...
please cancel all credit cards and bank..
anything that would have your address and details really...
as for cheering up... just smile that is all you can do and be brave...
I'm sure your parents could help you out...with the bills...
but other wise that $90 fine wont need to payed in a hurry does it?
I'm sure it gives you at least a month...
let alone the other incoming bills you will have...
best of luck sweet...

awwww ((((hug))))) am sorry to hear that hun.
i've parked at the emergency access route once (for 5 mins) without noticing it and got a 150$ ticket :( i talked to my bf that night and we cursed the guy who gave me the ticket together heehee, it was stress-relieving.
As for the paying part, don't know about it in the UK but Canada I just didn't pay for mine straight away and they issued some warning letters and stuff and you could set a court day, even if you're not planning to appeal, that'd buy you a lot of time.
Or... i can bake you cookies :)
hope someone picked up the bag and would return it to you soon!!

I had the same experience when I lost my wallet while going to london and when i reached just outside london in a service station I realised that I don't have my wallet in my pocket plusI don't have too much petrol left and it was my first time to london on my car so I wasn't sure about the way as well plus imagine my moblile battery was signaling low battery so I was shtting myself but I reached to my destination safely. So don't worry, these things happen.

First of all, I don't think that ASDA fine people for parking offences as this is classed as private land? You may be able to fight this! If not.....
.......... if you want me to pay the £90 for you, I will.... would that cheer you up?

File a police report about you missing bag and perhaps the police will be sympathetic about your parking ticket. It is worth a shot. Talk with the older one that looks like he is a Grandaddy.

Maybe I could tell you a joke and cause you to laugh, but that would not work, maybe I could tell you that little kids are starving in Africa, but not sure if that would work, so I will just tell you the point blank truth, if the things you listed in your question can make that the worse day in your life, You just depressed the hell out of me, cause I see there are some people on this planet who just have it too damned good! :)
Take care and I hope that all your days can be as bad as that one, in that, I know you will never know true pain or loss,
:)
