Last night we booked our wedding, 19/07/2008. We are having a civil wedding in a lovely hotel, followed by wedding breakfast, then an evening reception. Cam anyone recommend any good wedding plan websites so I can work out how much time I need for every planning stage.

We're now eloping but originally were planning to have a similar set up to you! :o) So I found Confetti.co.uk really really helpful!! The wedding forum is really good to, the people on it are great to talk to and full of advice :o) Hitched.co.uk is also really good. Also regarding wedding magazines (if your in the uk) I found Bride and Wedding Ideas excellent for getting excited!!!! hehe

I am getting married in August next year and have found Confetti.co.uk to be very helpful. They have some lovely ideas for presents for the bridesmaids and page boy/girls etc and are cheap! Also, they have a money planner and send you a to do list every now and then! Good luck! x

First of all congratulations.
I am also planning my wedding and have found sites like confetti really helpful. You can alos type into a search engine, wedding help and many sites have like a timeline, so it gives you ideas when to book things!

I visit www.weddingideasmagazine.co.uk nearly everyday and found their forum that most useful place to start because people are so helpful on there. Join up and is you see anyone on there called leelee, thats me! The magazine which you can get in the shops is also really useful.

I have already starting planning, I am hoping to only spend a grand and only having close friends and family.
I am thinking of linking my ipod to the speaker and linking that to the main stereo to blast, guaranteed there will be songs played that I like! LOL
