I'm off to JFK next week and can't decide between Virgin or British Airways.
PS I'm not paying, its a work trip

Go virgin, more room, the layout is better BUT only if travelling as a single passenger due to the positioning of their 'pods'. If travelling with a colleague n you fancy a chat then BA is better.

Yes, flew new Club to Brazil a couple of months ago. The seat is a little better padded (softer); the armrests drop down making the bed a little wider.
There are more pre-set seating positions making it easy to find a comfy reading / TV / eating / slumping position. Of course you can still adjust the seat with the up/down arrows to your exact preference too.
TV is larger and has 'on-demand' programs / audio. Laptop drawer is very useful for book and newspaper. The divider screen is more substantial than the old fan-fold ones.
I was upgraded to First on the way home....but new Club was actually more comfortable (!)....BA will have to refresh their First Cabin too if they want to keep a differentiation.
PS - I wasn't paying either ;-)

Go any other airways then BA. I'd rather fly on a regional Chinese aircraft, the type with chickens and goats running about the place and where the pilot has a bright red nose and a drunken grin then set foot inside another BA aircraft. They are old, the ground staff are lairs, the crew are stuck up, the interiors are old and the entertainment is poor.

I would never fly BA, they're all too arrogant. Can't stand them.
Do you know the BA joke?
