The international dialling code for Columbia is 57. You'll need to prefix with the outgoing dialling code for your country (eg 0057 from most countries; different from the US).

You didn't state you're from the US, so the dialling code is different. Try 01157, then the local number. You normally drop the leading zero on the area code (if present) when dialling in from another country.
