I have the same problem. It sounds backwards to me but they say to drink 8 or more glasses of water. It actually flushes you and keeps fluid off, go figure! Exercise moves it off, some foods. Midol has a diuretic, it works on men too. Here is information on foods that are natural diuretics and foods that couse water retention..

Unless you have an illness which causes water retention, you don't have any significant "excess" water weight. You might have a little bit if you are eating a lot of salty foods. It isn't good for you to try to dehydrate yourself. It can damage your kidneys over time. If you want to lose weight, eat less and healthier foods, and exercise more. If you just feel kind of bloated and icky, be sure you're getting lots of fiber in your diet and getting regular exercise. If you still think you feel abnormal in some way, tell your doctor.

I know it sounds strange but the quickest and most effective way is to drink more water. It sounds like you're topping it up but really it flushes you out.
The things you need to cut down on are Salt and saturated fat as they make you retain water. Try drinking 8 glasses a day and you will notice the difference

There is no such thing as "fat from water".
You need to really push your self to burn it.
To burn fat you need to do exercises which are more light but more intense. I'll put it this way: If you do jogging with average speed (not to slow, not too fast) for ~30min you burn fat, if you run fast however, you burn sugar.
It's up to you to choose what kind of cardio exercise you will do.
To boost the things up, take with every meal some citrus fruits like orange or graphefruit. They are rich in Vitamin C which increases your metabolism thus you burn faster.
Also watch you meals. Be careful what you's eating.
Good luck !
Best reagards !

Yes there are , there usually given to people with High Blood pressure I have been on them but they didn't do me any good .
I must have had the correct amount of water in my body .
To correct your problem drink more water and eat Potassium rich fruits , Grapefruits , Bananas , tomatoes .
Research other potassium rich foods . Potassium rids the cells of fluid Sodium makes the cells retain fluid are you watching your salt intake levels .
Get your blood pressure checked I-4 people have high blood pressure you could be going that way

Sweating really is the best way. Plus cut out carbonated drinks and drinks high in sugars, as they are harder to digest. It sounds strange, but drinking more WATER (as opposed to soda) will actually reduce water weight. Plus the caffene and carbonation slow down your metabolism, while being hydrated speed it up.

Yup there are. I personally don't reccomend them though, unless you really know how to use them. They can be dangerous so read all the warnings first. Go to bodybuilding.com, the store link will have them.
