This is pretty silly. You might get puffy from something with lots of salt, but it would take an impossible amopint of calories to make you fat overnight. Tea alone has no calories unless you add them as milk or sugar.

No, water doesn't have any calories or fats, and tea has very minimal calories (more w/ sugar) and no fats.

Cold water is actually negative calories, because your body has to warm it up in order for you cells to process it. Certain caffeine free teas can be very good for aiding sleeplessness.

Whoever told you that has no understanding of the human body.

It can make some people have to get up & pee before their hour to wake... but drinking plenty of water, day or night is an important & essential element to overall helath & weight management.

No I don't think so your body should be taking care of its fluid levels 24 hrs a day
However the Chinese believe an large ingestion of sugar can put weight on to the face , recently its been found the large ingestion of sugar ruins the collagen in the face .

NO, why would that happen? I do take tea, quite frequently, before going to bed. and its better to intake good liquid anytime, for example water or fresh juice. but the answer to ure question is NO.

normally no. If you are seeing puffyness in your face after drinking tea, I would suspect you are having an allergic reaction to something in the tea. If you still see puffyness after switching to water or another drink (like milk) go see your doctor.

No, why would it? If anything the tea would keep you from a restfull night's sleep, unless it was an herbal tea that is made to help you sleep.
