The lowest price on a LS460 (there is no LS470) base model with no options (car comes loaded, basically only Navigation is an option) is an invoice price of $53785 including the destination charge. However, dealers are unlikely to let you have it for that price, some people are paying up to $61600. Then again, most people who are buying this car don't seem to be hard negotiators, like yourself they've got plenty of money.

There is no LS470. There is a luxury sedan called the LS460, LS460L, or LS600hL. You might also be thinking about the large SUV LX470.
If you meant the LS460 sedan, the base price for a brand new LS460 is around $61,000, but no one really buys the base model because it doesn't come with navigation and other options. Navigation will probably be standard in the base model later (just like the previous Lexus LS430). I think a better deal is the $71,000 LS460L. The "L" stands for long wheel base edition. Although it is another $10,000 more, you get a longer car an bigger interior, standard navigation. an lots more than the base model. From then on, the car's options are endless. Cool options include a self parking Advanced parking system, rear shiatsu message power reclining chair with ottoman, air diffusers, and lots and lots more. It is also probably the most quiet car on the road. It is even quieter than the Rolls Royce because it has insulation all around and even on top of the engine, power door closers, power trunk, and even power windows that close slower once it reaches the top. You should check out the Lexus website because there is a lot more. Soon, the car is availible with the Advanced PreCollision system that has two cameras in the front of the car that detects animals, people and metal objects and also a radar sensor. There is also a camera that monitors the driver's face. If the computer sees that the driver is not facing forward and detects an obstacle, it warns the driver an could apply the brakes on its own. Once a collision is calculated to have a high probablility, the car retracts the seat belts, extend th head rests, reprograms the steering ratios, stiffens the suspension and prepare its occupants for collision. There is also brake assist that applies maximum brake force once the driver activates the brakes during an imminent collision. The LS 600 h L is the top of the line, V8 hybrid with the power of a V-12 with 70% cleaner emissions. It has LED headlights with four projection beans on each side (Eight total in the front). The V8 Hybrid has an electric motor and has a combined output of 438hp. This LS600h L has everything, but costs $110,000 though(better value than the Mercdes, Audi, and BMW V12's). To keep my answer short, just check out the Lexus website.
If you meant the Lexus LX470 SUV, it costs around $67,000. Although this model and the Toyota Land Cruiser lasted almost a decade, it continues to beat competitors in capability and comfort, while being a very capable off roader. However, the 2008 LX570 is arriving and to summarize, it has blindspot cameras in the side and front, crawl control, power folding 2nd and 3rd row seats, and ... just check out the lexus website and go to the future cars link.
