To be really hungry around morning tea time but not be hungry for the rest of the day?

I have breakfast, then I usually have my lunch at morning tea time (about 10.30) then have nothing or very little at lunch. Then have a small afternoon tea and a smallish dinner.

It's like 10.30itis!

I'm 17 by the way.

Is this normal?

Is good the fact that you eat a very good breakfast because that is the best meal of the day and is the one that keeps you going in till you next meal and the fact that you don't eat allot the rest of the day is OK because you body is fine with the things you put in it with the healthy breakfast in all you know so that's normal just try to drink water and eat some fruits during the day to keep the energy up.

i do that all the time, it's normal, but it's not so healthy. eating more often throughout the day in small amounts is better. do you do any physical activities during the day? that can also be a cause, you are not using up ur energies therefore you don't get hungry

well it may not be normal but it makes sense. you might have started a pattern one day if you had been sick or had had a rough day and went to bed early. You could have woken up early one day and eaten alot in the morning. the amount you ate could keep you full all day and it could start a cycle.

or you could just be a freak like nicole richie or one of her skinny ***** gang. jk

Yeh, it's normal.

As long as you eat when you're hungry, and what you do eat is reasonably good for you, you can't go wrong.

It is far more important to listen to your body telling you when it wants to eat, than when you think you should be eating.

It may sound odd, but it is about metabolism and the bodies need for nourishment.
If you are fit and healthy don't worry about it.

Your eating pattern may not be normal, i.e., people often stuff themselves all day. However, I think, it is quite healthy.
