EVERY dog has some dergree of false pregnancy after every heat. However if she has the most severe symptoms they may get WORSE after she's been bred.

False pregnancy is fairly common however false pregnancies increase the risk of pyometria (as does keeping a female intct). This dog should not even be considered for a breeding program (even if she is a show champion, has passed all genetic testing, is 2 years old and has an impeccible pedigree which of course she must if you are considering her for breeding). She needs to be spayed.

Regardless I wouldn't suggest you breed it because this trait could be passed onto the pups which would not contribute to the preservation of the breed but would rather incourage a genetic deficiency.

You run the chance next time of her dying. Pyometra is basically a rotten uterus. If you don't get her spayed, it will happen again.

Even if she did get pregnant, she's very high risk and wouldn't carry the pups to term. Or they would be born dead.
