I'm trying to set some fitness goals and want to know some basic measures to shoot for. I am 6' 3", 200 lbs and moderately active.

Go to an army website, check for a p.t. listing it has a standard for women and men and will give a good idea.

try to reach 25..or just set ur goals high cause really "the sky is the limit" don't let nobody tell u otherwise they're just try put u down good luck brah
