Help!
I am having extreme dizziness, (like when i stand up, or walk, or do anything that involves movement), I have a headache that feels like its about to explode..or implode my head (OUCH), and my muscles hurt badly (neck, lower back, where my arms bend, and where my legs bend), i am also very sore...i have made a doctor;s appointment, i just wondered if anyone else has had the same problem, and if so, how to help?

Could also be a virus. The dr will be able to help you figure out for sure what is causing the symptoms you are having.

It sounds similar to hypoglycemia. I will get pretty much the same symptoms, migraines, dizziness, sometimes I can get kinda jittery like I had an overdose of caffeine. You can try a spoonful of peanut butter and see if that helps at all.

Most likely the flu!!....All you can do is take some Tylenol for comfort....500 mg. x 2...go to bed, drink lots of water, and put ice on your back for 20 min. on, 20 min. off ....then go to bed and rest...

Sounds like a swollen gland. You need to get it checked out, particularly as it;s painful.

I had some of the symptoms you had. Do you exercise? I started to exercise and all of my symptoms went away.
