Tobey Maguire will most definitely win the 2007 World Series of Poker Tournament. I would positively absolutely love to see him win it. He has worked so very super duper hard in everything in the world that he does so beautifully, and I want Tobey Maguire; my personal Peter Parker/Spider-Man and Tiger; to win the 2007 World Series of Poker Tournament, because I love him so very super duper much!!!!!

I assume you are talking about the main event. I think it really depends on how many sign up. This year is harder for online qualifiers to play, and thanks to Bill Frist messing with the online poker community, their may be fewer players.
Clearly, the larger the field the harder it is for a specific person to win. I'd like to see Daniel Negreanu win, but I'd also be okay with Phil Ivey, Phil Hellmuth, Doyle or Chan. Any of the more interesting professionals would be fine with me.

it will be an unknown. there is a lot success in contact in those tourneys, and with hundreds of gamers, it could be all and sundry. not Phil Hellmuth. he's merely too afraid to call an all-in wager. not Doyle; he would not have the stamina. He starts enjoying undesirable whilst he's drained. the different 3 are super, yet so are lots others. immediately I examine that the merely right table won't initiate till July seventeenth. back on your wager: i admire Johnny Chan ultimate.

i actually think it is most likely to be neither, it is more likely to be a serious recreational player, which is what the past three world champions(gold, hachem, raymer) were...the pros are too outnumbered for me to say they will have a winner, and too many satellite winners play badly
as for who i'd like to see win, i always think t.j. cloutier deserves it...he has been one of the best tournament players in poker for many years, and has come second in two main events and made the final table two other times, and has still never won it, the only title he's never had

Well, Paul, I would prefer to see a professional win; preferably Daniel Negraneau or Sammy Farha.
But then again, those guys have a lot of money already, so maybe some Joe Blow (who's whole life would change).
How about you?
P.S. I was happy to see Phil Helmuth get his 11th!

Considering the field will probably be over 9000+ people, the odds are that someone we've never really heard of will win. Out of the pro's I would say the best chances are Hellmuth, Tran, and Ivey.

I was recently in vegas (just before the wsop) and got to play in a game against a young swedish pro. I'm rooting for him( cause then I can tell my kids about that hand I trapped a champ, lol) but short of that I'd like to see Negreanu or Chan.
