Yes. Also, I use a couple of God's natural remedies: first sniffing up warm salt water--up my nose. Then, Xylitol sinus spray. If that doesn't work, Standard Process brand product called "Antronex" really stops the congestion without using super drying chemicals. It supports the body to stop the production without over doing it. I also have used herbal capsules -- taken orally (like fenugreek - thyme or comfree (Not comfrey) or sprays (oil of oregano / colloidal silver blend) to get rid of sinus problems.
My husband just used Nyquil which over dried him out, and it drove it into his ear, which made his eardrum burst. Not nice.

I will add you to my prayers that my nasal congestion will go away.
By the way, did you know the nose is actually a filter for the lungs? Think how bad it would be to have all that garbage in your lungs instead of in your nose.
Cheers.

Hope you're not offended, but my time would be better spent buying you some cold/allergy medicine and mailing it to you. =)
I'm going to bed now too, goodnight! Hope the congestion doesn't keep you awake!

It wouldn't do much good. I'll do you a favor and pray to the one true goddess, the invisible pink unicorn.

Try a carrot nose instead. That coal can't be good for your sinuses.

No. He isn't my servant. Nor is He asleep, and needing anyone to wake Him up.
