No diet pills are good. They wreck your health, and don't fix the problem. You need to change the way you live forever for lasting results. Strive to be ultra healthy. Everything thinks that ultra healthy people are cool anyway. It's a great image to have. The first key to weighloss is to stop stressing so much over it. When you stress about your weight, it makes you eat more (especially since you are alreading thinking about food and weight). Studies have proven that if you want to burn fat, believe it or not, the best exercise is to do 2 x 20 minute walks per day (and not fast ones either, if you walk too fast you stop burning fat). I was going to the gym 3 hours a day going full on, and it did nothing. When I started doing the walks it fell off. Fill up on good food (which makes you feel more satisfied), lots of veges, and some fruit everyday as well as healthy cereals, (not coco pops: think museli, granola etc), 2 pieces of bread per day (multigrain or oat bread - white bread won't keep you feeling full). People who eat dairy products are slimmer than those who don't (i don't mean ice cream: eat natural yogurt, drink milk and have low fat cheese). Stop eating crisps, fries, burgers, chocolate, butter, lollies, pop, and too much juice. Drink 8-12 glasses of water a day. (Think of how many calories there are in flavoued drinks - and u need to drink more to feel satisfied, so keep up the h2o and try herbal tea for a flavoured drink). Never eat until you are full. The Japanese say to eat until you are only 70% full. It's a great principle for not overeating. Don't beat yourself up if you have a bad day, just get back on the wagon.

a well balanced diet with 5 fruits and 5 vegetables plus some exercise daily will put you in shape. drink milk for healthy bones stay away from any caffeine drink and ALL COKES/ butter and margarine and sweets like donuts. If you can do this you will lose over 50 pounds in one year maybe quicker depending on you metabolism. exercise for at least 30 minutes a day like riding a bike, walking, jogging , SWIMMING, Dancing (so much fun). Diet pills are gimmick, they are false and take people money. AT you AGE there is no such things as a safe diet pill. THEY WILL HURT you BODY. your kidneys and heart may not handle it. there are serious side affects. good luck

No, sweetie. Diet pills aren't the answer.

You need to find out WHY you overeat. It's not because you love food, it's usually due to an emotional issue.

Also, start working on getting some exercise everyday. Take a good half hour walk and that'll get you started on the road to living more healthfully.

Best of luck to you! :)

Absolutely not. Diet pills can be extremely harmful to your heart. The truth is, the best and healthiest way to lose weight is to eat a balanced diet and exercise. It takes a lot of effort, but unlike shortcuts and fad diets, it gets the weight off and helps you learn effective strategies to keep it off for the rest of your life. Diet pills could end up killing you, and aren't worth the risk -- besides, it's illegal for you to buy them, as you are under 18.

well the 14 thing u should wait till 4 years after you started growing up, puberty. You can change a lot in those 4 years. but if you do really need something there a pills made for cactus, is expensive, and if u find it for cheep its not the real thing, the plant is hard to grow. it makes part of your brain stop telling you that ur hungry, its safe and organic if used right

NO I DO NOT THINK DIET PILLS ARE THE ANSWER TO TEEN OR ADULT WEIGHT LOSS CHANGES IN DIET AND EXCERCISE ARE MOST BENIFICIAL AND HEALTHIER IN THE LONG RUN. SO MANY DIET PILLS HAVE A LIST OF WARNIGS ON THEM AND TO CHECK WITH YOUR PHYSITION BUT NEVER HAVE I SEEN A FOOD WITH SUCH WARNINGS AND WITH SOME OF THE PAST DIET PILLS BEING LINKED TO HEART AND OTHER HEALTH COMPLICATIONS I THINK IT MORE WISE TO CHANGE EATING HABITS AND EXERCISE ROUTINE.
