Can you imagine Ted Bundy telling his victims "I'm not killing you because I hate you, I'm killing you because I love you!"

All I know about that is: their time was over. And at some point in time, this Earth will have an end. I'm just glad that it is a happy ending for me.

God made it so the humans were the dominant creatures of the Earth. I don't think dinosaurs were even part of the plan when the Earth was even made. They just kinda showed up. It depends on what you believe in. If you need cold hard facts to understand than go ask a priest of a church and then ask a scientist the same question. Its up to you to decide the true answer.

In a new aquarium, the water can best be acclimatized by the deaths of a few cheap fish. Their decaying bodies serve to encourage the growth of enzyme bacterias which allow the more desirable fish to thrive in optimun water conditions.
The ecosystem needs you soon.

Since he can see in the future, maybe, just maybe he thought we might need fuel.
And seriously, we are imperfect. How can we figure out what is on the mind of a perfect creature/deity?
And so far, with your questions you've proven that yourself.

God hated the reptilian dinosaurs because they wouldn't bow down and worship him, so he killed them off. (j/k)

Eh, God just hadn't done a mass-slaughter in a good four days or so, and he needed to meet his quota.
