I live in a 2-bedroom apartment, all my neighbor have at least 7 guys live in a same unit. It's a huge community (more than 2000) but 90% are Mexican, they play music since 5PM up all night, some times until 2AM, I complain to the landlord, they never care. Another problem is, there's two laundry room near my unit, in each laundry room, there's 3 washer and 4 dryer inside, the first laundry has only 1 washer and 0 dryer are working, anothr laundry room is not working AT ALL, and the most disgusting thing is, the laundry room smells like public toliet which never been cleaned, very very dirty. I called the apartment ask them to fix or replace new washer/dryer, and clean the room, they never care and never change and clean. How should i do? is any goverment organization i can call? please help me.

Go to your local rent court and tell them the problem, also ask them can you put your rent in escrow until things gets fixed. The more people that are willing to do this the better it will look for you.

Get it fixed yourself, and send the receipt in with the rent...which by the way you subtract the cost of the repair from as long as it does not exceed $300.00 or 1/2 the months rent you are ok...OH and they have 10 days to actually fix the problem if they are over that then you can have it fixed....Most of the time the laws protect the land lord and not the tenant anyways...you may want to find a new place to call home.

Don't know what to say about the loud music, but as for the laundry room tell them you'll pay your rent as soon as the laundry room is cleaned.

why on earth would you move in to such a place?
sadly, there is very little you can do about it.
I'd make plans to move if I were you. You can always sue them for failure to fulfill their part of the rental contract, ie maintenance, and get all your rent paid back, but it takes money to do that.
