*this is in southern calif.* I need to figure out what to charge this guy to install pre-cast concrete moldings and 4 columns in a house i did all the granite and travertine work in...the lin footage is approx. 440 ..? if someone can give an estimated per ft. cost, great...

i would say 4.75 per lin. ft for labor

You first install the door molding down to the floor. You then but the trim up to the door molding.

What you paid for the supplies if you didnot then find out how much it cost plus other materials half the cost on that and have the rate of pay for a pro which i think is 15.00 and hour.

doesn't he have his own rate??? my boyfriend does carpentry and he does all the bids...and he charges time and material...which time is $25 an hour....but this is in Wyoming...
