Well, you seem to be admitting guilt, so I'd say pay.

Did you run the red light? If you ran the red, pay for it. You could've caused a major incident and potentially endangered a lot of people.

Now if you crossed the intersection and it was green when you entered, go ahead and contest it. But realize you were caught for a reason.

How on earth are you going to contest something that was caught on camera? Are you going to claim that someone stole your car??

Excuse me for saying but is'nt that a stupid question? You were caught running a red light, what if you killed someone? Be happy it's just a ticket, and next time stop.

If you're on camera what's the point of contesting? They have absolute proof.

Pay.
Your picture and vehicle "crossing the red light" will doom you in court if you decide to contest.

Definately contest. Red-light cameras are unconstitutional. If you do your research, you can fight your way out of this legally. You sould stand up to Big Brother, since if not enough people do so, we may find one day our country is just like "1984".

You have the right to face your accuser in a court of law..It is a basic right in the criminal justice system..
Ask for a trial. The camera will not show up and the case will be dismissed..
Check into this it can work.....

dont contest it, because they have proof, your plates are on camera! I got 3 of those in one week, and just paid the darn ticket. They don't take points off your lisence. They just want your money!

They have you dead cold!! You can contest it if you want, it's a free country.

Howver, you will lose and have to pay anyway....plus you will be required to pay court costs, too......

You broke the law; man-up and pay like everybody else does.

My heavens, of course pay. You are honest and you broke the law. Those who break the law should pay the consequences no matter how big or small.
