I DONT WANT TO STAY HOME BECAUSE IM MOSTLY MAD THE WHOLE DAMN DAY...WHAT ARE GOOD CLASSES THAT WILL HELP ME LOSE WEIGHT?

Well step classes are a great way to lose weight and sweat out aggression. Get out and walk in the morning or after 7 when its cooler.
If you can take the step class at least 2-3 times a week you will see results in no time, however your eating habits have to be taken into consideration.

Hi,

I am a detox specialist and I specialize in helping people lose weight. The easiest and FASTEST way I know to lose weight is to detox.

If you would like to lose weight, I can suggest a safer or faster alternative- a detox. I myself have lost 33 pounds within 2 mths doing a detox.

A detox is healthy because it brings balance back to your body and losing weight is just a by product of the detox. So at the end of the detox, you will find yourself get more energetic, healthier, more radiant looking as well.

And the detox is simple. All you need to do is three things.

Number one, follow the detox programme which requires you to change your diet a little bit. Eg, take more vege and less meat and seafoods.

Number two, use 1 minute a day to take some natural health foods that I take to enhance the speed and the effect of the detox.

Number three, drink lots of water to flush the toxins out..

And that's it.

I agree with the person who said dance classes. I lost like 20 pounds working out to the Belly dancing Twins DVDs. But you want to go out so, I'm sure you could find a belly dancing class in your area.

Dance classes will really help. They are fun and keep you motivated so you will actually want to go. I got into it after watching "Dancing with the Stars" and I dropped about 10 lbs in six months plus I toned a lot of muscles.

always have vegetables on hand saute a big bag of frozen mixed vegetables in olive oil and garlic add some red pepper or turmeric for additional flavor and separate into portion sized containers for the fridge
