You were on your way to get your Girlfriend for a date. Then in the middle of your travel. You've seen an old man and a doctor. They were waiting for a car to get them to the nearby hospital. Then your car has only 2 seats. Also, the doctor don't know how to drive and has no medical tools. Then the old man is sick and is needed to be under surgery. Also, an add of information: The hospital has no Ambulance because it is a Provincial Hospital. There were no people to get help and no houses. So, it is like your in a middle of a dusty road with no one around.
What will you do???

Well, most qualified health care professionals generally know how to take care of emergency situations where there are no hospitals around. Using his/her general knowledge of diagnosis, and his/her general knowledge of the human body, the doctor would treat the situation to the best of his/her ability and what he/she had available. Also, it doesn't matter if there is two seats... I'm positive you could find a way to cram all four (if the man has already picked up his girlfriend) people in a two-seated car in an extreme emergency... the girlfriend could sit on the lap of the driver, and the old man on the lap of the doctor. Then, you would hopefully go to the Hospital as quick as possible, have the old man and the doctor get out of the car, be congratulated for helping out, then resume your journey as expected, bragging that you took care of someone in need.
Not really sure if it's the scientific method, but you need to do what you need to do to save a patient's life.

it seems as if the clue is in the meeting!
u sure she is my girl friend?
anyway, i go meet her, return to them, give the car to them (then i dont mind even they crush it, i go call police)
another way, i am a dr. & have my instruments in car.
or i think they are pirates on the road, so i leave them (don't u think it is strange for an old sick man to b found in this dusty area?)
or i take the old man only to hospital, & there he will find a lot of Dr. rather than that on the road (a Dr. without tools doesn't deserve to b a Dr.) & it is the best solution.

Since the hospital is staffed with medical personnel who are likely to be able to help the old man, I'd take the old man there first, and then come back and get the doctor.

Put the old man on the doctor's lap. I once fit 6 women in a CRX, if that's possible an old man and a doctor should fit into even the most modest of two seaters.
