Why is my dog always licking her vagina?

She is just constantly licking.

frequently this is cause they are in heat but it could be because they have a urinary tract infection or pyometria.

That usually means she is "in heat" meaning she is ready to breed... that's what most all female dogs do... hope that helps.. bye
