1] swimmer's ear does not cause fever, sore throat,or sore neck.
2] you should not be taking amoxicillin without a prescription, ever! It doesn't work on swimmer's ear, by the way.
3] go to urgent care or the ER.

Swimmer's ear only has to do with the ear...
You would probably just be put on an antibiotic which your MoM's giving you already, plus ibuprofen for the pain...
Without insurance, an ER visit could be very expensive...Have MoM just call her Dr. in case there's a different antibiotic that may work better. I didn't say this ~ but, some Dr's will write prescriptions in for instance ~ your MoM's name so her Ins. will cover the cost.
Hope this helps...

you can try putting vinager in your ear i have done this with my grandson and it has worked but if you have no relief id see a dr meds usually take a few days to start working and feeling a differance and consistently needs to be taken till its gone or you risk getting the infection back worse and it also makes it resistant to that antibiotic
