My dog's muzzle is swollen and has these bumps on him, whats wrong?

his entire muzzle is bigger than normal and he's got these bumps that were first on his leg, but they disappear and are now on his back. I'm thinking he was stung by something or he ate a poisonous lizard or something. This is down in the southwest.

Sounds like he might have been stung by multiple somethings. Call the vet and ask if you can give him something for the swelling before it gets worse. If he starts drooling, appears unable to swallow, or acts weird, take him to the vet [ all are signs of obstructed airway ].
