Public humiliation. It's the only way with someone like this. Dig some dirt on her and let it get around. I know it's vindictive but people like this don't care who they hurt with their gossip.

Yes, get her some place private and ask her how she would feel if the boss found our every minute detail of HER life (wink wink). Look at it this way. If you were out with her, she was also out with you. I don't ordinarily like tit for tat, and I don't mean you should actually go to the boss. But if she thinks you might, it might make her think twice about doing it again.
Another tactic might be to talk to her and tell her you know the source of the information the boss happens to have on eveyone and you would appreciate it if she would leave your name off of her tattle list. If that doesn't work, then try the above suggestion.

This woman has little character or respect for you if she is talking about your personal experiences with the boss. She certainly needs to be confronted about this.
Your best bet is for you and one other person to have lunch or coffee after work with her and make her feel comfortable. Then, when you have a captive audience you can share the torture that you and co-workers are sharing due to her gossip habit.
Let her know that this is very unhealthy and has caused a drop in work production. Your feelings and others have been hurt and your co-workers cannot trust her with any information of any kind because of her constant talking and gossiping about others.

Say it to her while telling the whole office with the boss there. Let her know that you are soooo glad that you come there to WORK!!! And say to her, why do you NEED to run and tell the boss everything??? Like a 4 year old. Say it's not like we have anything to hide, but we are ALL ADULTS HERE. Ask her, "In Front of everyone" are you trying to get out of something, or trying to get into something that we should all be aware of????
Usually, those types are trying to get in with the boss to try and get OUT of WORKING. They are trifling and lazy.
U R right to stay away from her. Far far away. The person that starting working in my area actually made friends with a girl then set her up to get fired and escorted out of the building right in front of everybody.
The snitch was the new girl, the escorted one was working there before I was. At least 9 years. Trouble was soon after gone from the company herself. She then had really terrible things to happen in her family. I wouldn't have wished that on anyone, but you can't do people wrong and expect your life to go right. I've seen it for myself.
I despise, Kiss-Ups, Tattlers, Suck-Ups, Brown Nose-rs, . . . . etc
Stay away from her. And tell her to stay away from you. Tell the boss too that, you are professional and come there to work, ONLY.

I would suggest you get together with your other coworkers and all make an agreement not to talk to her about ANYTHING that isn't directly related to work...even if she asks something simple like, "what did you watch on TV last night?" My answer would be something like, "Oh, I'm sorry. I'm so busy working right now, I don't have time for idle chit chat." If everyone in the office does this, there will be nothing to report, and you will all be above reproach.

Probably the best way to stop her is feed her misinformation. Be sure it is not something that will hurt you or your other coworkers but none the less the more outrageous the better. As she tells the boss and he finds out what she is telling him is untrue he will loose faith in her and interest in what she has to say as well.

Maybe stop telling her what you did on Friday or stop inviting her to your Friday outings...
What will she tell the boss, if you do not supply her with information?

Every office got one.
Stay clear of her.
You suffer she doesn't.
Learn what is your business and what is not, and just mentally say 2bless her". I know you don't believe it is going to work. But is you repeat "bless her" eventually she will not affect you
