There are dozens of tours in the air, on the water, by bus of course. Even under water. All easily made from your hotel. It is easily done and most are very comfortable. I did like the sea plane ride around Oahu. Things sure look different from the air. and it gives you a great perspective.

There are many tourist companies that offer island wide touring. Robert's Hawaii is one that comes to mind. You can do a half day tour or a full day tour and go to places like the North Shore, the Arizona Memorial, Punchbowl Cemetary and many other places. You can find them on the web at www. robertshawaii.com.

yes they take you on tours tht go to each island like oahu, hawaii island, maui, and the other 4 island. some even take you to the many tiny little island off the coasts of what i THINK is hawaii. they probably cost around 100 dollars for ferry/boat/canoe and maybe more for the air travel wise.
i hope this helps much.

Which Island?

Get a rental car, my advice. Otherwise you will feel like a sheep being herded around with a lot of asians.

Get one of the "Revealed" guidebooks, see if you can find an older revision on ebay. He had to take out all of the good illegal stuff in later editions due to people violating personal property all while carrying around his blue book. Just kidding, if you want to stay legal, get the new version and follow it around, hands down the best guidebook for the islands. I think he has versions for Oahu, Maui, Kauai and the Big Island.

Blue Hawaiian Helicopters.
Also you should be able to find many bus tours, boating excursions, dinner cruises, etc. Check with your travel agent or hotel or the street vendors...
