Allright, I am 13 and a half, I have been tortured by these horrible fat thighs, some butt fat, and this belly fat all my life, maybe like 2 1/2 inches more than it should be, i heard that sit ups will only build muscle, not burn fat. I'm also really big-boned, and Vegitarian, i drink like 1-3 cups of soymilk a day....is that good, i do eat some dairy, just not meat, so please help me!!!!

See site below for weight loss tips for vegetarians. The fat in french fries causes weight gain around waist while other fats help you lose weght according to research. Wheat is vegetarian but is very fattening.
Fruit has lots of calories but will make you thin. Salt has no calories but can make you very fat.

Don't eat that much junk food with fat in it. Just cut down a bit. If you already eat good food, I recommend more cardio. Like instead of walking, ride a bike. It'll burn calories and will work your whole body.

find daily calorie intake calculator on the net, enter all your stats and it will tell you how many calories you need a day to maintain, take off 300-400cal off that number and thats how much you need to lose.
eat 5-6 small meals a day (eat every 2-3 hours - it optimizes your metabolism)
5-8 servings of fruit and veggies a day
8 glasses of water
have complex carbs for breakfast - they give you energy
have protein (soy and milk products, legumes etc) for dinner - repairs muscle
cardio exercise 4-6 times a week for 30-50min (ideally 45min because the first 20-30min body burns carbs and only then starts burning fat), light weight training (more muscle=faster metabolism)
dont consume foods that are made of white flour (white bread, cakes, pasta etc.), sugar loaded foods (cookies, icecream, candy etc) and nothing fried, oily.
ofcourse you can spoil yourself once in a while with a little treat:)

Okay, the soy milk is good, that's really good for you and high in fibre and some proteins. But it also contains some fat. You should mix up your drinks, and you ALWAYS need to drink water. You're still incredibly young to be really worried about fat, chances are if you've always been this way, and you haven't recently gained weight, you're doing fine. Some people (cough me) hold their baby-fat until they're 16, you still have lots of time. But if you're still worried, since you're a vegetarian, focus on the high in fibre beans and lentils, eggs, dairy, and lots and lots of fruits and vegetables. For exercise do a regular workout of cardio, since you're still young don't worry about the weights.
I hope this works, but you really need to have more self confidence, if it's health that's the issue go ahead, make some changes, but you're incredibly young to be worried about your weight appearance wise.

Oh child...It's gonna go away as you get older and taller...which is coming SOON! I'm a vegetarian and I'm a lot older than you, but the South Beach diet works great on belly fat.
The carbohydrates in Soy Milk are very fat-producing.

Do more cardio workouts (running, jogging, biking, and even walking) and they'll burn the fat.
Try working out for at least 30-45 minutes a day.

Make sure that you are getting adequate protein. Eat cottage cheese and drink low fat or skim milk. Walk more.

****** vegitarians no wonder we cant invade iraq...lol i kid i kid just work out more and eat half of what u eat for awhile. Some celebs eat ice so it feels like their eating real food.
