The Christians and the Pagans by Dar Williams, sorry it leaves out a lot of groups specifically, but the feeling is there for all, and if there was one song that says how we can all get along, it's this one. It's on Yahoo music, it's really upbeat and fun and I recommend it to all!

Remember that song that all of the stars got together and sang on that telethon years ago: We are the world. Because we have a world of people in here and a world of differant ideas.

It's funny you should ask that. I've had the theme from the Addams Family running through my brain all day.
They're creepy and they're kookey. Mysterious and spookey. They're altogether together ookey. ...

Jimmy Buffet's "Fruitcakes"
There is a verse that says "It's the Buddhist in you, It's the Pagan in me, It's the Lutheran in him, she's Catholic ain't she. Seems appropriate
