I think your wife is crazy to put up with that. I really think this is a joke, especially based on your screen name. If it's not, you need some real therapy to deal with your issues.

Not in a healthy relationship it isn't. First off, your wife doesn't misbehave. She is an adult, not a child, and you should treat her as such. Second, if you continue this kind of relationship with her you are not going find that she is improving in what you call her "misbehaving". If you want certain things from your wife, you need to treat her with respect, and she will respond in kind. I would suggest reading Gary Chapman's "The 5 Love Languages" and apply the concepts that are discussed in this book. If you are seriously looking for advise on how to treat your wife, I'm glad you came and asked. However if you are just being a smart *** and came to piss people off, you've done a good job of that as well.

If that is how you seriously treat your wife than I at the very least feel very bad for her that she is putting up with that in her life. It sounds like to me that you need to grow up.

ok sorry but not wanting to clean is not a good reason to give ur WIFE timeouts! that seems weird that u punish ur spouse. it is totally not normal! u seem like u think ur inferior to her. which is not rite.
