You shouldn't have to worry about your doctor sharing information with your parents. Your parents will get an explanation of benefits from the insurance company showing that you went to the gynecologist. But you could do the same thing for a routine exam. If you use your parents' insurance to pay for the pills, then they will get an explanation of benefits for that as well.

Perhaps you could discuss alternate forms of birth control that would not involve a prescription? Or perhaps you could get the pills through a local women's clinic where insurance may not come into play?

Not that I would encourage you to be deceptive with your parents. If you are old enough to need the pill, then maybe you're old enough to discuss this issue with your mother. Believe it or not, there may have been a time when she had to face the same issues.

It's going to show up that you went to the gynecologist, and she'll definitely know if she gets a bill. As for the prescription, it may show up or it may not. There's a way to track your prescriptions online through different insurances, but I'm not sure if your parents have an account or anything set up obviously. Honestly, I would just tell them. It's your body and ultimately your decision. They really can't stop you if that's what you want to do. You don't even have to say you're sexually active if that's why you're getting the pill. Tell them you're getting it to regulate your periods.
