Unfortunately, I judge others harder than I do myself. A few years ago I was working at The Home Depot. Since I had plumbing experience, I was in the plumbing section. A young man, who had came several times before and I thought he was a "Mexican," needed some pipe cut and thread.
We were having a difficult time understanding each. Of course I was thinking "Why can't these people learn to speak English so we can talk to each other."
As we talked, I learned he was of Aztec decent. He claimed to know both Spanish and the Aztec languages. Plus he was learning his third language, English.
To say the least, I was humbled. I work on this problem every day. But, I'm not perfect.

I judge myself the harshest. If I am not doing right, and if I am not living right, then how can I let someone else know what they are doing wrong?
Honestly, even though most of my views are set in stone, and I would love to just tell everyone that I am right and they are wrong all the time, that will really get me no where.
A lot of Christians should just focus on themselves and take care of themselves before trying to point out others problems.
D.L. Moody had a great quote:
"Out of one hundred men, one will read the Bible, the other ninety-nine will read the Christian.

I suppose that I judge others more harshly, but I don't see myself as any better as other when speaking of sin.

It is good to see you, it's been a while.
I judge myself very harshly because I don't look at me with rose colored glasses. I respect myself, don't get me wrong, but I acknowledge my many faults, weaknesses, and shortcomings.
I judge others too, that is another of my faults.

The old me judged others constantly
separating, dividing, placing.
shattering the equality
better than, less than
stupid, smart,
wild, conservative
beautiful, ugly
believer, non-believer
The new me observes
witnesses, accepts
because I learned that feeling equal to
and not less than
gave me great strength.
Not feeling superior
humbled me
It was the conscious practice of non judgment
that saved me from myself.
Spirit acts, ego reacts

I like what Paul says: I care very little what men think of me, indeed I don't even judge myself, but I leave all judgment unto God.

I really am hard on myself. I should be black and blue.
You have to judge a little to discern so its impossible not to.
