The Peoples Initiative To STOP The War!
That's 8:00 am in whatever time zone you happen to be in.
Like a wave from the East Coast,
To the shores of the West.
With the will of the People riding it's crest.
It will happen at the grassroots,
It will be seen at the top!
Let's tell this President ,
THIS WAR IT MUST........STOP!
So in the middle of rush hour,
or wherever you are.
(The slow pace of rush hour,
is the safest by far.)
Hold up a sign or something,
Let's put a Stop to this War!

OK - are you sure it was the 17th?
That was yesterday.
Do we need to wait another year?

Why would we stop? Someone trying to go to the Hospital and then there's a random car just sitting in the road... makes lots of sense... and what's stopping gonna do anyway? Oh, well everyone seems to be conserving gas. I guess that means we should end the war... No. That's rediculous. And it seems as if no one did.

And I will ride my flag painted, military supporting, and former Air Force Staff Sergeants motorcycle right on past losers like you.

Get a damned life. You have every right to disagree with this war. I, and thousands of other current and former military members, risked their lives to defend that right. You do NOT have the right to impede on others rights in the process.

Don't like the war? Vote for someone who won't support it.

Noble cause! But, I'm forewarning you.... my gas-guzzling, carbon-emitting, Dodge Ram 1500 with a Hemi will run over your whimpy hybrid ant-war car should you choose to STOP in my path!

It might be one thing if our president had the cajones to realize he made a mistake, but he's not listening to anyone unless they tell him what he wants to hear.

Americans have been telling this government to stop the war for ages now. When you have a bull-headed moron in office, it's not going to change.

I have an idea, instead of stopping cars, we could all practice our civil obligation and vote. Heck, why stop there? Maybe we should actually research exactly what we're voting for instead of falling for fancy ads.

Nice thought, but this is America. we ***** all we want but rarely try to change what is going on. No one is going to stop driving. How long did the NYC strike last?

You can't possibly be serious with this suicidal stunt, are you? I know the folks on the left are getting desperate but this is ridiculous.

I support this president and the re-stabilizing effort under way in Iraq so, no, I won't be stopping.

- We are no longer at war. If you want people to respect your efforts to bring our troops home, please, at least present your case accurately.

For my part. If there are bombs to be exploded I would rather they are exploding over there than here.

That's a stupid Idea, why don't we do that to lower the price of gas instead, something important.
