Doesn't really bother me. It's usually pretty warm in the car anyway and the seats dry quickly. If they are wet from the pool the chlorine keeps mold from growing, I have more important things to worry about.

Honestly, I don't care if my kids get in the car wet, it doesn't bother me at all. I think my kids are a little more important than a car seat!

If it is leather upholstery it can cause cracking and severe damage, as well as a costly bill to replace it. If it is cloth/fabric it can become stinky, moldy and nasty. Who wants to ride in a stinky car?
It is just a mom's way of trying to keep the car nice for the family and not have to throw away extra money senselessly.

its not only moms! but the seats get wet and take forever to dry, its just to keep the car nice, not a big deal, just sit on freakin a towel!!

beacuse then the car is wet, and the seats con potentially grow mold if they dont dry which can ultimately cause issues... plus- who wants to sit in the car all wet anyways??

when me and my friends get back from the beach he doesn't want us on his leather seats. cuz his car cost alot of money he doesn't want his car smelling like wet teenagers.

no big deal here!! we just put a towel on the seat. the child is more important than any car!!

because we do not want the seats wet, if they get wet they could get musty and stink!
