Cosmetologist of 15 years changing to esthetics's any tips for transition? i.e. pay scale?

Booth Renter going commission Pro's & Con's and what to look out for. How Do I tell my clients goodbye when relocating to a different city, would working part time at each salon be too much stress/ or a good transition idea? Any advise is truly appreciated!

if you could do both that would be a great idea at least you would have some sort of guarantee while you are building clients at new salon. also would help your regulars to make the drive when you go full time at new place
