I keep hearing christians claim that we are reporting them. I want you to know its not me. Is it you?

Not me...but I did report some pervert the other day who had a nasty avatar...it was a naked butt shot of someone taking a crap....gross!!!!!

I've said it before and I'll say it again here: I have never reported anyone, and I will never report anyone. The whole thing's stupid. You have the choice to simply skip over an offensive answer--and you can avoid trolls. So why try to remove them?
And besides, who's to say what's offensive? That's an entirely subjective term. It's extreme, but I could decide to report YOU for asking this question because it infers that Christians are lying. In all actuality, I know that you're stating what you've seen and looking for information to back it up. If I found the matter of which you do so offensive, I'd either attack back or move on to the next question. See how hard the process is? Kind of like when you were a kid, and learned to use the swings in the playground, isn't it?
It takes far more effort to censor than it does to tolerate.

2. I thought that we were living in a Democracy not a Hypocrisy!
3. What of the 1st Amendment?

Not me. I never report anyone. I don't believe in the report button, this is a vendetta or punishment feature. If I don't like a question or if I have my doubts that the person is a troll I just skip the question. The same thing with the answers.

well the problem is people don't like to hear an apposing voice and some tend to get very offended when it comes to religion. As an agnostic i get a kick out of both Christians and atheists. lol both groups are sooooo similar in so many ways yet they are always at each others throats different beliefs but 100% convinced they are correct !

Actually I think I have reported more people who are more atheist bent than Christian bent. Although anyone who I have reported is just flat out being an offensive jerk.

Hey, I have been reported for giving a good solid answer with no vulgarity, bad words or anything to justify it. Evidently, Yahoo Answers allows their own system to be defeated by allowing anyone to "report" anybody. Then YA sends you a violation without reviewing what your answer was. Strange behavior.
If you don't agree you can contact Customer Care, which I have, but have received NO reply or acknowledgement.

I haven't reported a single Christian, not one. I have reported militant racists (not in R&S), and threats (again, not in R&S).
What Christians have been booted? I'm not sure if I buy this claim.

.... I don't think I've ever gotten anyone thrown off here. I've only ever reported people for having filthy avatars. (You know, money shots or penises. That kind of thing. Not that I have anything against the human body, but this is not the right place for that.)

How can any one be abused in a forum... That reporting tool is ridiculous. If I was ever so offended to that level then I would just stop attending Yahoo Answers.

I NEVER report anyone for disagreeing with me.
I have reported for spam or some of the more insulting in LGBT section.
