There would be no religious animosity.
I'd worry about the global economy though. That "everything in moderation" would probably really affect supply and demand.

Difficult to say. Buddhists have the least amount of holy wars of any religion but even among buddhists there have been religious wars though much less frequently.
Anything can be corrupted. If the whole world were "good" buddhists? Probably a very enlightened place. However you might also say that if the whole world were buddhists somebody would find a way to mess it up anyway.

Well, this is only hypothetical. You know the way the Christianity kinda came out of Judaism? Buddhism did that with Hinduism.
