Depending on how much excess weight you have to lose it might not be possible no matter what. Im guessing if you only want to lose 7lbs you arent exactly overweight to begin with. There arent any healthy ways to do this, as I can see you know already. I mean not eating and exercising alot will ultimately slow down your metabolism because your body goes into starvation mode (so this may backfire on you and make it harder to lose any weight). Some people do the detox/liquid diets to lose weight quick but this is all water weight and will come right back when you resume eating real food. I would think it pretty safe to say its not highly likely to lose 7 lbs (of fat) in 4 days unless you are very overweight to begin with (and even then its hard).

Actually, 1 -2 pounds PER week is considered a healthy weight loss rate for most people. This might be different if you are extremely obese. I don't know of any reliable method to lose 7 lbs in less than a week...unless you sever limb! You could probably do it in 15 - 20 days.

well, if you don't exercise, it's impossible.

by just being alive you burn 1500 calories a day.
so in 4 days you'd only burn 6000 calories which isn't even 2 lbs, and thats without eating anything.

7lbs would be about 24500 calories, you would have to burn BY EXERCISE 18500 calories, thats like 4600 calories a day and that would be almost 7 hours of exercise, without eating anything.

you could probably lose 4lbs in 4 days without too many problems, just eat like 1500 calories and then burn 3500 which is like 5 and a half hours on a stationary bike, thats my plan for the next month.

Your body can't react to a diet in that time in that amount - the only way to get this much loss is to dehydrate and lose water. Even if you were to stop eating completely, you wouldn't lose enough. And taking off this much by shedding water partly depends how much water you are carrying now, but is risky for anyone of normal or slight build.

first of all, its not healthy to lose 7 pounds in 4 days. About a pound per day is healthy. Just exercise.

It depends on so many things. There is no simple answer. How is your metabolism? How much are you exercising? How much fat, carbs, etc. are you taking in?
