It might not be preferable, but there are times when any number of things, including being forced to move, must come about. It may be difficult, but try to make it part of your growth, rather than something that drags you down. You never know when the new changes are just exactly what you need.

You really haven't provided enough details as to why you are being asked to move and what stuff you do not want to do.

Life is not always within our control. If you are suffering from PTSD, you need to get help. Find a therapist to work with that can help you to overcome what is triggering you. You may benefit in the short term from medications. Talk to a doctor.

The question is not clear; but life goes on. If it is about putting food on the table, and it involves moving, is there a choice. Treat your PTSD as a chronic disease and keep it under check; but keep on going on in life.
