That's terrible...that guy is screwed up. I don't think it would be considered rape because she had a choice to sleep with him or not.

It isn't rape because she consented. I'm not real sure just how valuable this item was, but she would have been better off going to the authorities. Sorry to say, but she made a bad decision, and I would seriously question she she was so willing to do something like that over an object.

Well no, this is not considered rape under the letter of the law. but this is absolutely not something that should be ignored as it is a warning sign of sexual predator absolutely. now due to the fact i don't have the details of the incident i cannot say this for certain but i believe this could be considered sexual abuse which could be legally prosecuted.

Hope i've been of some help.

Since she gave consent that may not be consireded rape. The guy could be charged for blackmailing. My advice is that you should not trust this girl, it sounds like a really nice excuse for cheating on you. That problem could have been solved in many other ways, before having sex. Go find another girl, bro

Depending on the laws of the state and the age of the girl, it could be considered rape, in addition to a number of other crimes. This is a serious situation. She needs to talk about this with the principal of the school and her parents. The girl may also have serious personal problems that need to be addressed.

At a minimum YOU need to tell the principal of the school about this. Again, this is a serious situation. Adults need to be involved, and you will be doing your girlfriend a favor, even if she doesn't realize it.

I don't think it could be considered rape considering she had the options of reporting him to the law for theft of her property. At no time was she under distress to have intercourse with him. If he did something like hold her at gunpoint where her life was at risk, then it would be a clear cut case for rape.

That is considered blackmail. She should have gone to the autorities because now if you bring it up on charges the proscutting attorny is going to have to work really hard to defend her but still she will probably win. This is called 2nd degree blackmail in the state of Idaho. You can't call it rape because he did not in any way seduce her or force her to have sex with him. But he did blackmail her and you can bring him up on charges on that. I don't know the time he will have to serve if you do charge him. I will look that up. Please feel free to email me.

It's considered black mail, but it isn't considered rape. She consented to it to get her thing back. I would definitely talk to someone about it (teacher, parent, cop) and tell them what happened. It's wrong, but I don't think it's rape.

NO -->> HE IS A "THIEF" AND A "PROSTITUTE".

LOLOLOLOLOLOLOL!!!!!

It's simple MATH, really. . .

GUY "STEALS" SOMETHING FROM GIRL
+ GUY NAMES PRICE FOR SEX.
•/• GIRL PAYS IT.
--------------------------
= HE IS A THEIF AND A WHORE

Wow. You don't see that every day.

I should try that some time. . . .

STEAL HER PURSE
+ DEMAND SEX TO GET IT BACK
•/• SHE AGREES (instead of calling the cops)
------------------------------------
= MORE FUN THAN DATING!

LMFAO!!!!!

Would she (or you) call it "rape" if the sexes were reversed?? Often, all anyone needs to do is reverse the sexes and suddenly such outrageous claims are LUNACY.

If she hadn't actually SLEPT WITH HIM, it would have been called "THEFT". But she DID, so I don't think anyone one knows what to call it. But "rape" is deffinitely not it.

If a guy breaks into a house and steals "the family jewels", would the "wife" actually screw the burglar??????

Now THAT'S a QUESTION.

ROTFLMAO!!!!

:)

I don't see how that is rape. It's not right or fair and she is stupid for doing that but she was not forced. If he took her stuff she should have had law enforcement get it back for her. She chose to sleep woth him.
What a dumb girl...
