Well it would follow that the cat would land on its feet. Now if you strapped the toast on butterside up, that would be an entirely different scenario. Unless that's what you meant in the first place. And if it is, I'll still guess the cat would land on its feet because it's heavier than the toast.

Well they say that a buttered piece of toast will always land buttered side down so what would happen if you tied a piece of buttered toast to the back of your cat and then dropped it?

yes, when my cats fall from the couch or bed they will sometimes fall on thier side or back but then adjust so quickly and bolt from the near death experiance. silly things.

unless they fall from a high place, they don't land on their feet, try throwing it off your house's roof, if you live in a house.
