I dislike America, so I want to move. What country is best, based on price alone? Which is cheapest?

Thailand is supposed to be really cheap, but don't know about going to live there, as you'd need an income,so you'd have to work, also you probably need a visa to stay there. I went to stay in lanzerote in the canary islands for a few months, i got a job doing PR-ing outside all the bars, basically you get people to go into the bars and you get paid for each person you take in there, you can get a flat for about 400 euros a month, plus it's great fun. i want to move out to another country as well as i hate the UK, good luck

I have always thought if one is going to live in another country just because they want to (rather than sent by their employer), then they have a duty to the new country to be able to speak the language fluently. In my case it would have to be where English is spoken. The next most important thing is to be able to accept and adopt the mores of the new country.
So assuming you were born in USA I would have thought Canada would be an obvious choice, you even have a similar currency Things are a lot more expensive in UK and we are very highly taxed (not just income tax but there are loads of "stealth" taxes). Good luck with whatever you decide.

Try the middle east they probably will take you in a minute. Maybe China they are really cheap if you have a education. But North Korea would be nice, there you don't have too work you are supported by the government as long as you are in the military there.

i have no ties to america, however, i have worked with americans, so based on that alone ur mad to leave, u wont find a better person anywhere. as for moving somewhere cheap, it is possible to relocate for nothing...simply order a double fridge/freezer from a mail order catalogue, then return the product as unsatisfactorary...the genius of it is, return it unpackaged...then u can simply live under a bridge, in ur fridge/frezzer box.

Hello there,

I dont undestand by cheap, as cheap usually causes alot of trouble, I suggest China, chinese people are brill, you can teach english over there and be able to ejoy life to max, its a pretty safe country & everything is cheap too, downside would be that you will have to take up a teaching career to support yourself over there & try to make a freind there. Like i said they are very down to earth people. I am from Uk myself but i married to a lovely chinese. I have made a lot of freinds over there too, love to live there but i have a weakness at the moment & cannot leave UK a tthe moment!
Go check it out, if you need anything from me please feel free to email me

Try a third-world county. Ethiopia would be a good choice. I am sure the money you have could buy you a nice hut.
