I seen and heard people who travel to Japan, China, India, Europe etc with a group of people you don't know, stay in a certain hotel or hostel or whatever and they guide you to certain citys and tourist areas. Is this called something specific? Are there any websites with these on it?

I saw a trip to China for 14 days free meals, stayed in cheap rooms for like $1100.00. Has anyone seen this?

Go to a travel agency. They have brochures for you to look and ask questions. Ask questions before you book a trip.
